It acts as a help shortcut of a keyboard. Press the F1 key while the window of any program is open. Then you will see the help window.

You can also show and hide the Microsoft Office Ribbon / Task Pan by pressing Ctrl + F1.

Pressing Windows Key + F1 will open the Microsoft Windows Help and Support Center.

2.F2 shortcut of the keyboard

To rename files and folders in all Windows versions, you can rename files or folders by selecting them.

You can open the document window in Microsoft Office by pressing Alt + Ctrl + F2. For example, if you go to PowerPoint and press these shortcuts of the keyboard, a window will appear entitled "Open." It allows you to open PowerPoint files (  can also open other files).

3.F3 shortcut+of the+keyboard

If you press the F3 key from the desktop, the search option will open. Similarly, in the applications that use the search option, such as web browser F3, the search option will come. However, it does not work in all applications.

Shift + F3 is used in Microsoft Office to change cases (all upper, all lower, only the first letter of each word is uppercase).

Pressing Windows Key + F3 will show the search options of Outlook.

Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer will open the address bar. (In Firefox or any other browser, select the address bar and press F4, the address bar will open.

Pressing Alt + F4 will close the open window. And if you pack these two shortcuts of the keyboard from the desktop, the shutdown option will come.

Press Ctrl + F4 to close the subwindow. For example, in Microsoft Word, if you press these two keys while a file is open, the document you open will complete, not the Word application. Similarly, this shortcut will come in handy in applications that can open Photoshop or multi-document.

F5 works to refresh webpages or documents.

It also works to refresh on desktop or Windows Explorer.

In Microsoft Word, Find, Replace and Go to the window will open when Go to Tab is selected.

To show a slide show in Microsoft PowerPoint, press the F5 key.

6.F6 shortcut of the keyboard

Press F6 to move the cursor to the address bar of the web browser.

Pressing Ctrl + Shift + F6 can toggle from one document to another in Microsoft Office (such as a word).

To check spelling and grammar in Microsoft Office, press the F7 shortcut on the keyboard.

Pressing Shift + F7 will check the highlighted word (if there is a cursor in the Word) Thesaurus

Can do carat browsing (using the movable cursor on a web page) in Firefox by pressing the F7 key.

The F8 key is pressed to go to the Windows Startup menu, and it is usually used to run Windows Safe Mode.

The Save As the window opens in Microsoft Office.
